Day 1
The Come Up Is Real Tour 2014
We departed the DFW area mid evening on June 25. It's a 13 hour drive to Arizona. The road was pretty much empty and we all took turns driving. Once the sunrise was peaking over the mountains it was like the sky just opened up which was a perfect way to start our day. We made a few pit stops for photo ops and Texas grub (DQ). #dqforlife
The heat here isn't shit compared to the heat back home. It's minus the humidity and the mosquitoes. We checked in to the hotel and immediately went to take a dip in the pool. You know for total relaxation from sitting in a car for ever. We deserved it, YES!!! Which was followed by a homemade cooked meal. We were fortunate enough to get to fill our bellies with salad, spaghetti and french bread. Which by the way was beyond amazing!
